Delivery times

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from receipt and registration in our system.

For payments made by advance bank transfer, orders will be processed once the payment has been received and recorded by our banking institution.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 24–48 hours within Italy

  • 48–72 hours to the Islands

Shipping rates

Within Italy:

  • For orders with a taxable amount from €0 to €129.90, shipping costs are €15.00.

  • For orders with a taxable amount of €130.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.

International Shipping

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from receipt and registration in our system.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 48–72 hours within Europe

  • 4–7 business days for United States, UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan

Shipping rates

For Europe and other served destinations, shipping costs are calculated automatically and the exact amount is displayed in the cart before order confirmation.

For Europe, shipping is free for orders with a taxable amount of €300.00 or more.

Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

For shipments to countries not listed, customers must contact us at info@acetaiacaselli.it
to receive delivery times and shipping cost information.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 No. 206)

Goods must be returned:

  • Intact

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete in all parts

  • With all attached fiscal documentation

Subject to verification of compliance with the above conditions, refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

As provided by Art. 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Company may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer provides proof of having returned the goods.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

(Art. 59 Consumer Code)

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • Supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized

  • Supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. perishable food products)

  • Supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery

For this reason, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products that have been opened, used, or lack the safety seal.

Returned products must be received at the Company’s premises intact, in their original packaging and complete in all parts, exactly as received by the customer.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer pursuant to Art. 57, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005.

Damaged Goods Report

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS:

It is necessary to sign the delivery note with reservation, specifying the extent of the damage:

  • Damaged parcel

  • Open or visibly damaged parcel

  • Wet parcel

  • Missing package (if shipment consists of multiple parcels)

If it is not possible to sign with reservation, the goods must be refused. We will contact the courier directly and reschedule delivery as soon as possible.

Any claims regarding received parcels must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date to:

The report must include:

  • Photographic documentation showing the damage

  • Order number

  • Name provided at the time of purchase

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
